I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Maddy, and I work privately with individuals seeking a more grounded relationship with their bodies, energy, and nervous systems.
Rooted in over two decades of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching, my work blends yoga, nervous system regulation, and restorative practices designed for modern life. I’ve taught around the world and bring a practical, intuitive approach that helps the body move out of chronic stress and back toward balance.
Through private sessions and my 30-day nervous system program, Downshift, I support creatives, busy parents, travelers, and high-performing individuals who want sustainable tools to regulate their systems and restore energy.
Downshift™ The 30-Day Soft Nervous System Reset, combines Heart Rate Variability insights, a lifestyle intake, and fully personalized nervous system practices to help clients better understand how their bodies respond to stress and recovery.
Private or Groups sessions are tailored to the moment. Sometimes the body needs strength and movement. Sometimes it needs space to soften and restore. The work always begins by listening to the rhythm of the nervous system and meeting the body where it is.
